Grades in most law school classes are essentially determined exclusively by a single final exam. This quarter I picked mostly from exceptions to the general rule. Consequently, I haven't waited until finals to feel overwhelmed.
Since my last post, I have had a number of adventures. These include going to a rock concert, meeting a cousin I had never met before, and finally buying a navy suit. They were worthy of a mention, but I have been too busy to write about any of it.
Now, it is once again the season for practice court students to begin trolling for witnesses for their exercises. I've known people in previous PC classes, but my good friends are beginning to take it in significant numbers now. As busy as I am, I would still like to help my friends out. The thing is, you can count on your friend's opponents to try to tear you apart. I think I'm subject to enough of that in life without volunteering for more. I just can't bring myself to do it.
