No Sooner Do I Get Home Than I Leave Again

Today's adventure was to Cedar Rapids. I left on short notice to see a good friend of mine who is in the hospital there. After she tired of me (I'm going to blame the meds--at least this time) I went to take a look at the flood damage to Cedar Christian Church, where my dad served as minister before I was born. There's still a lot of work that needs to be done, but it's a little far to drive everyday. I'll have to find other projects to occupy my time.
